What transfers

We migrate the parts of your database your team relies on every day:

• Contacts / people — your full database of leads and clients
• Tags — your labels and segments
• Stages — your pipeline stages and where each contact sits
• Notes — your history and context on each contact
• Smart lists — your saved views and segments

How the migration works

1. Kickoff. We confirm your source system and what you want moved, and align on timing.
2. Export & import. We handle the export from Follow Up Boss and the import into Starling AI for you.
3. Mapping & review. We map your tags, stages, and fields so everything lands in the right place, then review for accuracy.
4. Go live. Once you’ve confirmed everything looks right, you start working leads in Starling AI — with no downtime.

What to prepare

To make the move smooth, it helps to have:

• Administrative access to your current Follow Up Boss account
• A quick list of the tags, stages, and smart lists that matter most to you
• Any team or routing rules you’d like reflected in Starling AI
