Getting started

What is Starling AI? Starling AI is an AI-driven CRM platform for real estate teams. It engages new leads in seconds, qualifies conversations automatically, books appointments around the clock, and scales follow-up across SMS, email, and social.

How do I get started? You can start with the CRM free for 30 days, then add AI follow-up when you’re ready. See Plans & Pricing or book a demo and we’ll help you get set up.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract? No. Plans are month-to-month with no long-term contracts, and you can cancel anytime.

Plans & billing

What plans are available? Starling AI offers a CRM-only plan plus AI plans at increasing levels of AI capacity and features. Compare them on the pricing section.

How does billing work? Subscriptions are billed in advance each billing cycle and renew automatically until cancelled. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Can I change plans? Yes — you can upgrade as your needs grow. Changes apply as described in our Terms of Service.

What is your refund policy? Fees are non-refundable as described in our Terms of Service. You can cancel future renewals at any time.

Integrations

Which systems does Starling AI connect to? Starling AI offers native two-way sync with leading CRMs — including Follow Up Boss, GoHighLevel, Lofty, and Real Geeks — plus calendar and messaging infrastructure. Leads, notes, stages, and appointments flow in both directions.

The AI agent

What does the AI agent do? It responds to new inquiries in under 60 seconds, qualifies budget, timeline, and motivation, books showings on your calendar, and writes the details back to your CRM — day or night.

Does it speak Spanish? Yes. The AI detects the lead’s language and replies in fluent English or Spanish automatically.
